As founder and CEO of iAM HCM Consulting, Tammy has a passion for people and empowering them to reach their full potential. When she is not forging a new HCM path, she serves with local outreach partners, explores new places with her husband, and loves being outdoors.

As iAM’s Chief Technology Officer, Santi is a critical player in the backdrop of the consulting landscape. He handles all of the technology and research requirements for the iAM’s growth and expansion of our client base. He also keeps our consultants on the cutting edge of technology, allowing them to serve our clients with excellence. As a Fam, we say CTO stands for “Chief Tammy Officer,” as we depend on Santi to keep Tammy sane! Lastly, as a member of iAM’s Advisory Board, Santi provides valuable guidance in the strategic planning of iAM’s future endeavors. Santi is an avid reader, an Apple enthusiast, and an amazing chef.

Since iAM’s inception, Jacki has been part of our strategic planning. In Spring 2016, she joined our Advisory Board and stepped into the role of Talent Strategist. As a Talent Strategist, she focuses on growing our iAM Fam through hiring new talent and planning for iAM University. Working from her passion to see others reach their full potentials, Jacki actively keeps the iAM Fam focused on strengthening their skills as HCM Consultants. Jacki serves at her local church and loves spending time with family and friends, hiking in the mountains, and sitting on the beach. Throw in a latte or iced tea and she’s in heaven!

Deanna Johnston

HCM Consultant & Project Manager

Deanna has a passion for problem-solving mystery JD Edwards HCM bugs and implementing solutions that make the software work as designed, creating happy clients. One of the highlights of her role is collaborating with end-users to train and empower them to confidently utilize their HCM systems. From leading teams as a Project Manager, to creating thorough training documentation, to investigating Payroll issues, Deanna is always ready to tackle the toughest challenges to help your team succeed. Deanna also helps teach at iAM University and manages iAM’s social media. She loves playing video games, volunteering at church, and traveling with her husband.

Raghu Minasandram

A longtime friend and partner, Raghu has over 20 years of experience in the industry, accumulating vast experience with JDE development and its functional modules such as Finance, HR and Payroll, Procurement and Sales Order. His knowledge even spans to Orchestrations! He strives to keep up with the latest JDE technologies and, in turn, improves the user experience by training users in JDE processes, even customized processes if necessary. Raghu is a small business owner who manages and develops 25 employees with intentionality and fervor. Birthed from the strong work ethic instilled in him growing up, he is passionate about education and development, consistently encouraging his team to take their understanding to the next level. Raghu enjoys catching up with childhood friends and dabbling with day trading on the stock market.

Vardhan Perisetty

JDE HCM Analyst & Developer

Through his time working with the JD Edwards system, Vardhan has become strong in JDE development and data analysis. As an ERP Consultant, he is gifted in his attention to detail for problem solving and creating useful user documentation. This, tied with strong communication skills, helps him provide personalized service to his clients with excellence. Because of his desire for continual growth, he continues to accept new challenges and provide effective solutions for client business requirements. Vardhan has fulfilled his dream of earning a Master’s degree from a good school in the USA. In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis, table tennis, video games, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

Vinay Belavadi

As a JDE Technical Analyst and Developer, Vinay is an expert navigator of JDE Development, Orchestration and SQL queries. He actively seeks to understand the client’s needs and then uses his attention to detail and problem solving skills to offer solutions to achieve effective deliverables. Starting his journey in India, Vinay enjoys working in a different environment and learning new work cultures. He is excited to tackle new challenges as well as learn and work with latest JDE technology and new Software. Vinay enjoys a good game of Pickleball and also getting out there to play Cricket, Volleyball, and Soccer. He slows down through painting and spending time with family and friends.

Srilatha Embar

Sr. Techno-Functional HCM Consultant

With 20+ years of diverse experience, Srilatha has extended knowledge of JDE development and functional expertise in modules such as Finance, HR and Payroll. Being detail orientated with strong data analysis skills, her greatest strengths lie in SQL skills in Oracle, Informix, and DB2. Her quick mind helps her learn new technologies with ease as well as keep her current knowledge up to date. She is passionate about providing clients with end to end solutions for their business requirements and welcomes the challenges of helping different clients achieve functionality within their JD Edwards system. Srilatha keeps herself refreshed by reading novels, traveling, working in her garden, and playing Shuttle Badminton.

Gowri Varadharaj

JDE Orchestration Consultant

If we are looking at creating an Orchestration, Gowri is our girl. Gowri is gifted in Orchestrations with an uncanny ability to work under pressure while multi-tasking through a project’s completion. Gowri is passionate about learning new features in JD Edwards and Orchestrations, applying that knowledge when serving her clients. She also enjoys taking advantages of opportunities to switch her role from technical to non-technical and back. Gowri loves working with her hands through jewelry making, gardening, and sewing. When she really wants to relax, you will find her shopping, cooking, and catching up with friends.

Radha Janumpally

JDE Developer

Radha brings with her a strong expertise in JDE Development, as well as SQL skills in Oracle and DB2. She works well under pressure and is an expert at multi-tasking. Radha enjoys the experience of tackling client’s system challenges and uses these challenges to learn new technologies and keep up-to-date with current technologies and skills. When not growing her JD Edwards knowledge, Radha enjoys cooking, gardening, sewing, reading novels, and spending time with family and friends.
