You rescued us from a position control tragedy! Since then, there’s been so many projects we may not have been able to do without your help, including benefit enrollment interface, ACA reporting, and enhanced HR functionality, just to name a few. All the while, you have been TEACHING us how to troubleshoot, correct, and implement system functionality independently. Instead of doing all the work behind “a curtain,” leaving us forever dependent on consultants, you have worked beside us, teaching us the what’s, how’s and why’s of every project you tackled. This is what sets your organization apart. Some consultants believe that if they show you how it’s done or how they fixed a problem, you won’t need to call on them anymore. My friends, I wish everyone knew that is the opposite of the truth. We love to work with those who teach us and give us independence, and we will continue to return to the consultants who do exactly that. You keep us coming back because of your philosophy of teaching your clients in an effort to work yourself out of a job! There’s never going to be a shortage of work, just a shortage of internal resource time and/or knowledge, so we will continue to use consultants and more importantly make referrals!
When we sought out help from iAM HCM Consulting, we worked together to benchmark on specific goals and milestones for a complex conversion of benefits in two government organizations. iAM held regular status meetings keeping everyone informed and managed scope and budget perfectly. The ideas were extremely innovative and tested thoroughly and the implementation went smoothly. And at the end we are left with not only a successful implementation but also the tools and procedures to replicate success, no need to have a consultant become a part of our organization except for the next large change. The communications, testing and documentation is second to none. I know we can look to iAM for any HR/payroll issue and get a fair assessment of the issue and an accurate indication of cost and assurances of success. And all along the way they kept us up to date in information that they knew would be helpful in our day to day operations.

Tammy was instrumental in the configuration, setup and training of JDE OneWorld’s payroll module in Angola, west-Africa. The payroll module for Angola is highly localized and complicated with many unique characteristics such as rotational work (one position, 2 employees, 28 on/28 off).
